GIM&AC welcomes parties, practitioners, and institutions to engage through the following channels:
1. Case Registration
All requests for arbitration, mediation, or conciliation may be filed electronically through the GIM&AC Online Case Filing Portal, available on the website.
Each filing receives a unique Case Reference Number (CRN), verified through BRAS 2.0, ensuring secure record authentication and procedural transparency.
2. Panel Empanelment
Arbitrators, mediators, experts, and domain specialists may apply for inclusion in the GIM&AC Global Panel by submitting an email to panel@gimac.org
- Professional and academic credentials,
- Record of arbitral/mediation experience, and
- Conflict of interest declaration.
Applications are reviewed by the GIM&AC Governing Council and accredited under the Composite Quality Framework (CQF).
3. Institutional Training & Certification
GIM&AC conducts regular ADR training, certification, and capacity-building programmes in collaboration with leading Indian and international institutions.
