Mr. Dinesh Singh Rawat is a visionary legal innovator, researcher, and reform advocate leading the transformation of India’s justice and arbitration ecosystem. As Founder and Chairman of the Gandhinagar Arbitration & Mediation Foundation (GAMF), he has been instrumental in establishing the Gandhinagar International Mediation & Arbitration Centre (GI&MAC) at GIFT City — a modern, technology-integrated arbitration and mediation institution aligned with the UNCITRAL Model Law, the New York Convention, and the IFSCA Expert Committee Recommendations.

Mr. Rawat founded Dinesh Singh Law Associates (DSLA) in 2014 with the motto “Justice is Everybody’s First Natural Right.” Under his leadership, DSLA has expanded from District Courts to the Supreme Court of India, handling complex civil, criminal, and arbitration matters through research-driven legal strategies.

He also chairs the Association for Judicial Reforms, India (AJRI), advocating systemic judicial reforms, transparency, and the integration of digital technology to make justice delivery faster and more accessible.

As Vice Chairman and Co-Founder of GIMAC, he provides strategic direction to the organisation’s institutional growth, global partnerships, and long-term initiatives.

A graduate of PhysTech, Mr. Gershkovich holds advanced degrees in Physics and Law. His scientific foundation shapes his methodical, analytical, and innovation-driven leadership style — qualities that have guided his success across complex cross-border ventures.

He has served on the boards of several leading enterprises and listed corporations across Europe, contributing to governance, financial strategy, and institutional reform at the highest levels.

At GIM&AC, he focuses on institutional strategy, architecture, and international collaboration, ensuring that the organisation evolves in harmony with global standards in finance, technology, and dispute resolution.

Ajay Goyal is the CEO of GIM&AC, directing its strategic operations, business growth, and global outreach. A veteran global entrepreneur and investor, he brings three decades of international leadership experience across the US, Europe to GiFT City, India.

Mr. Goyal is focused on positioning GIM&AC within the global arbitration ecosystem, expanding partnerships, and driving innovation. This leadership role is dedicated entirely to commercial and institutional development, upholding the organization’s integrity by ensuring the complete independence of GIMAC’s judicial and adjudicatory functions—a cornerstone of its credibility.

His strategic mindset is enriched by education as an engineer and 35+ years in finance, technology, and investment management.

At GIM&AC, his role is specifically focused on business leadership and institutional development. He is not involved in any judicial, adjudicatory, or case-management functions. His work centres on positioning GIM&AC within the global arbitration and mediation ecosystem, expanding partnerships across the Global South, and driving sustainability and innovation in the organisation’s business model.

He believes the 21st century is the Indian Century — one in which India’s civilizational values, prosperity, ethos and knowledge will shape an equitable and balanced global order.

Bhaskar brings 25+ years of leadership in technology and business, having led large teams to build digital, enterprise and mission‑critical systems for implementing CRM/SCM/ERP.

He has worked in various industry verticals focusing on banking and was instrumental in architecting digital wallet and the remittance engine, with a solution that powers payment systems across banks. His partnerships span major brands and IT firms across multiple countries.

At GIM&AC, Bhaskar serves as Chief Technology Officer, steering the institution’s digital strategy and systems architecture. Drawing on more than two decades of leading high‑impact solutions, he ensures the Centre leverages cutting‑edge technology to deliver secure, efficient and globally aligned dispute‑resolution services.
